GSMIS UN DAY celebration

GSMIS Celebrates Peace and Unity on UN Day.

Good Shepherd Montessori International School celebrated peace and unity during its United Nations Day on October 30. The Casa children and teachers came in costumes representing the seven continents of the world. The children listened to a cultural sharing about Japana and the Philippines and sang the songs “Beautiful Earth” and “The Universe” and danced the Russian dance “Trepak.” They then presented their countries with a greeting in the native language. The event ended with the songs “Jesus Loves the Little Children of the World” and “He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands.”
